Clients should obtain independent advice from qualified professionals where appropriate.
3. Client Information and Responsibilities
Eaze prepares documents, applications, filings, and submissions based on information, instructions, documents, and approvals provided by the Client.
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided to Eaze is accurate, complete, current, and suitable for the intended purpose, including but not limited to:
Eaze does not independently verify all information provided by Clients unless such verification service is expressly included in a written service agreement.
The Client remains responsible for reviewing and confirming information before submission to any government authority or third party.
Eaze reserves the right to make reasonable administrative, technical, formatting, classification, or other non-material adjustments to information or documents submitted on the Client’s behalf where such adjustments are necessary or appropriate to comply with instructions, requirements, system prompts, filing standards, or requests issued by a government authority, regulatory body, or applicable filing system.
4. Government Applications and Regulatory Decisions
Eaze may assist Clients with applications, registrations, filings, and communications with government authorities and regulatory organizations.
However, government authorities, regulators, and third parties maintain independent discretion regarding:

Any delay, rejection, additional requirement, or change in government policy is outside the control of Eaze.
5. Service Scope and Additional Services
The services provided by Eaze are limited to the scope specifically described in the applicable quotation, service agreement, or written confirmation.
Requests outside the agreed scope, including but not limited to additional filings, amendments, revisions, consultations, government responses, accounting services, tax services, or ongoing compliance work, may require additional fees and a separate agreement.
Where there is uncertainty regarding whether a requested activity falls within the agreed service scope, Eaze reserves the right to reasonably interpret and determine the applicable scope of services based on the service description, agreement, communications, and circumstances of the engagement.
Eaze’s reasonable interpretation of the service scope shall prevail.
6. Tax and Other Services
Unless specifically stated in a separate written engagement agreement, Eaze does not provide:

The Client remains responsible for selecting qualified professionals and ensuring compliance with applicable obligations.
